The existence of a philosophy of C. has been subject of numerous controversies and speculations, mainly between the Colombian intellectuals. Next to positions extreme, of that they affirm that an own philosophy of the country exists, or deny absolutely that it has existed, is the opinion, more acceptable, of which they think that there has been and there is philosophy in C., not of C., and, mainly, that have been and are philosophers. The reasons of the lack of systematization and originality of the Colombian thought, some of which exhibits Luis table Lopez (cfr. בזמן האחרון אני מתחיל מאוד להעריך את טבע תעשיות. J. Nevertheless, although one is not a native thought, expression of a town and its problematic one, yes that a continuous contact with the European activity exists in C. philosophical, and constantly renewed group of thinkers interested and occupied in philosophy, dedicated to assimilate, to spread and to develop the philosophical ideas, of an original way.
